July 4th

...is a time to celebrate everything American. From our home towns across the nation we are a united people. God has blessed us from our foundation and we have so much to be thankful for.  Something about the red white and blue fills my heart with pride. I got into the festive mood this Sunday when we sang patriotic hymns like "America (My Country 'tis of Thee)"  and "Battle Hymn of the Republic". And in honor of the week, me and Sarah have been watching the HBO series "John Adams". Tomorrow is a day to celebrate our freedoms, remember all that was sacrificed for them, and thank the Lord and our boys for protecting the United States of America.
