Expanding
Our family has expanded once again. Meet Lucy, our new four pawed leopard catahoula.
You might have recognized her from New Friend. We noticed that our neighbor was having a hard time taking care of the dog, so yesterday I went and talked with the Alison, the owner. I offered to help during the weekends, but Alison was sure that she could manage. I ended by saying that if she ever wanted to give up the dog we'd take her. Alison started crying and said "You'd take my dog?". I assured her that we had all talked about the prospect of caring for Lucy and we wanted too. She said that she'd think about it and I left. I got ready for church and just before we left Alison and Lucy walked up. I quickly gave Lucy a much needed bath and we feed her some meat. She has been extremely difficult to photograph as she is ALL over the place! Lucy and Holly have been figuring out who is the 'top dog' but I think that all will smooth out soon. Right now they are sleeping side by side, tuckered out from a long day of running around.

Such a silly girl...sigh, never thought I'd have two such drooling goofy dogs...
She is so cute!
Now Holly has a friend!!
So cute!!! I didn't know about this at all... I guess I missed the memo.
But really Lucy is gorgeous.
Have fun!
Love,
Rebekah
