Why Lord?

Who knew that I would again be writing about one who has passed on. Just shortly after I last wrote I got a call from a friend saying that there was one more child of God added to the heavenly number. This time is was a budding young child of 7. She was just beginning her life and now is up in the loving arms of her Savior. How it one day could two precious people be taken from their family's with no warning? When I think about this adorable little girl I can only remember a mischievous grin as she ran up and hugged me, her brown curls bouncing. She was what my mom would call a 'wild child'. I'm one of those wild children but all growing up. I wondered how she would be when she grew up. But that will never be known because God had a better plan for her. Now she is up in heaven laughing and dancing with no more cares. Her family though is grieving the loss of one of their eight children. The one who was different from the rest of the quiet family. Little Emily, I'm so happy that I knew you. Your life has been a blessing to many. Soar forever in your home above....
