Happy New Year!

What did you do on the last day of 2012? I took an unplanned trip with my mom to the beautiful and cool Waimea early in the morning. You can probably guess why....crossfit! It was the first time that I had trained in moms gym and it happened to be the biggest class ever at CrossFit All Star. It was awesome though the altitude had me seeing stars during the workout.
